Medals won by Korea's Greatest National Champion Dong Keun Park

Actual medals won by DONG KEUN PARK Korea’s all time greatest national champion. He served as captain of the Korean National Team and retired from competition undefeated in over 200 matches during the mid to late 60’s.

Gold Medal of the 1st National USA National Taekwondo Championships under the auspices of the AAU

The First National Taekwondo Championships were held at Yale University in New Haven Connecticut in 1975 under the auspices of the USA Amateur Athletic Union.. First place winners received the gold medal shown here and comprised the first official USA National Taekwondo Team. That team went on to compete in the 2nd World Taekwondo Championships held in Seoul, Korea. Members of that team were William Felton, Gerard Robbins, Dennis Robinson, Terrance Watson, Gary Mule, Clark Murphy, Robert Phillips and Alternate John Holloway. Dennis Robinson won the individual bronze. All members of that team were inducted into the Official Taekwondo Hall of Fame®
